As you can see, we have implemented a new support/ticket tracking system.
This system will greatly increase our ability to help you and your ability 
to help us. There are some new things to learn and we would like to provide 
you will all the help you need as you aquaint yourselves with this new system.  

We are in the process of scheduling training with each one of you.  
In the mean time, please feel free to contact us directly with any 
questions you might have.  It is worth noting that this training 
relates to some of the more specific powers that we have given
you within the new system.  You should have no trouble at all 
actually getting the support you need in the mean time.  Just 
send us an email per the directions on the official notice page.
