If you do not currently have a technical liaison on your campus, please review the instructions, check list below, choose the location you are physically located and send an email to the associated address.

Please include the following in your message:

  • A short, accurate, description of the problem in the subject
  • If you aren't the one havng the proble, list Who is having the problem.
  • Where is the problem occuring, ie room number, or description if there is not room number.
  • A longer, detailed, description of the problem. Please include as much information as possible.
  • If you are requesting equiptment, please have the purchase pre-approved, and money set asside for the purchase.

    Once you have sent your email, you will receive an automated response notifying you that your email has been received by the system. Please keep this email for any additional correspondence pertaining to this ticket. If you need to call in reference to this ticket, please have your ticket number ready. You will also receive emails updating you any time a technician adds a comment to your ticket, or closes your ticket.
